Managing chronic illness and pain is a challenging journey, but you don't have to face it alone. At Circé + Medée, we are proud to introduce our Chronic Illness and Pain Management Program—a holistic and personalized approach designed to enhance your quality of life.

Personalized Care for Your Unique Needs

We recognize that each individual's experience with chronic illness and pain is unique. That's why our program starts with an initial intake appointment, where we conduct a comprehensive health questionnaire and needs assessment. Based on this assessment, we create a customized program tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Our Comprehensive Services

Our program offers a range of services aimed at providing holistic support:

• Monthly One-on-One Follow-Up Meetings: Regular check-ins to ensure your plan is effective and to make necessary adjustments.

• Unlimited Movement Classes: Access a variety of classes, including breathing exercises, meditation, fitness for vitality, and exercises for stronger bones.

• Bi-Weekly Mind-Body Therapy Sessions: Benefit from holistic therapies such as aromatherapy, holistic nutrition counseling, and relaxation massage.

  
  

What is Not Included

While our program is comprehensive, some services are billed separately:

• If you have insurance, we offer Registered Massage Therapist services billed separately.

• Any herbal plan required to supplement your program will be invoiced separately due to the unique nature of each individual's health plan.

Your Investment

The subscription cost for our program is $200 per month. Additional services and products can be added to your program based on your needs.

While similar provincially-subsidized programs in larger cities range from $73 to $165 per month, many are online-only or offer limited in-person services. Our program provides unmatched comprehensive care. As we are not subsidized, we are actively seeking solutions and assistance from the NS Health Authority. We believe this program is essential to the wellbeing of our community. Please spread the word. Sliding scale payment may be available for those with modest income, on a case-by-case basis.
