Service Description

At Circé + Medée Community Wellness Centre, Reiki sessions are designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, blending classical Reiki practice with grounding sensory care. What to Expect Your session begins with a brief intention check-in. The practitioner will use gentle hand placements or hover just above the body to guide energy flow. Depending on your comfort, sessions may also include crystals, singing bowls, tuning forks, or by consent, with a quiet energetic invitation to guides, ancestors, guardians, and/or angels. To help ground the experience, we often conclude with a hot towel application or other physical anchoring technique, ensuring you leave relaxed and centered.
