Each week, we explore a different style of meditation—from mindfulness and body scan, to breathwork, mantra, guided visualization, sound, and movement-based meditation. You’ll gain first-hand experience with various techniques and discover what actually works for you.
This class isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about transformation. Grounded in evidence-based science, we explore how meditation supports mental clarity, emotional regulation, nervous system health, and even physical pain relief. Whether you're brand new or deepening your practice, this is your space.
