About the event
By adhering to the Dark Moon calendar all year and engaging with the Allegory of Vices and Virtues, each themed workshop provides an opportunity to compassionately and understandingly transform aspects of your character that you wish to alter.
According to Carl Jung's idea of shadow work, it involves the process of recognizing the parts of ourselves that we reject, our inner darkness. These are often emotions perceived as negative: hatred, anger, jealousy, greed, and neediness.
It encompasses the most wounded and vulnerable aspects of ourselves, the parts we wish didn't exist and frequently cover up with facades of toughness, which often undermine our happiness.
